Terms And Conditions :

•  Maximum total PLC will be charged (not more than ) 5%

•  First transfer free.

•  18% per annum interest will be levied on delay on Installment.

•  Cheque(s) / draft(s) to be issued in favor of "Mahesh Infracon Pvt Ltd" payable at lucknow only.

•  Car parking on finalization are applicable.

•  Interest Free Maintenance Security ( IFMS )would be applicable.

•  The registration charges, freehold charges, stamp duty, legal documentation charges and any other govt. Levies are in addition to     the aforesaid prices along with escalation clause as per the agreement.

•  All the other condition of the scheme will be applicable. Actual size may marginally vary.

•  The construction linked stages can be called for payment in any sequence, depending on the sequence undertaken by the    developer, irrespective of the sequence mentioned here in below.

•  Variations in the final layout and floor plan can be affected without any claim from the allotee.

•  The other terms and condition of sale would be as per the standard allotment letter / agreement of the company.
